Oh, I already know that it retains Pokemon League, Skippy did a BP for me and I said I didn't care about hatch location, and he ended up hatching it there. It's not a deal breaker, I just thought I'd be sure to stop it from happening again.

You get the moves through Rhydon, and you can use a smeargle to give rhydon the moves. If you do (ie you don't have one handy) I would also like Crunch and Dragon Rush on it.
