Also could someone explaine some of the terms used on this site like "OU"?

I am a new user here, I got board(not sure if I spelled that right) of the allisbrawl community so here I am, I raised a 4th Generation team in Soul silver an after beating the elite four and Red with mid-60's I'v wanted to test my team with stronger opponents, and maybe I could learn new tactics other than raise my speed and attack or sp.attack as high as I can to just "hit em fast and hard". I look forward to learning more...
