  • Is there a reason my Blissey/Chansey don't use that wasn't added? Just curious, if it is to much of an extreme example I can tone it down.

Also, fun fact, the old team building thread had a Blissey with no defense investment :P, I think that at least is a lesson the entire community could learn.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. Yea I decided against adding it into the OP because I felt like it was WAYY too extreme to be considered a Don't use this, use this. I understand you're an avid stall user and I agree with your recommendation, but I feel like it's more of a personal preference, as some people might not care about the residual but like the extra bulk.

ok thanks for the explanation, I don't agree with it, but I respect your choice
I have an idea for the don't use this thread: Substitute or Protect Tentacruel without Rain support. I see this way to often on the ladder and in RMT, IMO if you don't have Politoed you should be using those moves, at all.

The reason I am asking if its a good idea, is because it is rather situational and not a real set.
Yeah, I really should. Like I said before, I've mostly just been lazy as of late and have been doing other things. I do have some time coming up though that I'm planning to use to really get back into the Smogon community in general.
So, I come back from vacation to find that you've made a really cool new OU thread! I'm quite fond of the concept behind your thread, and I'm sure it will be great for giving people a better idea of what's really viable in OU and what is simply outclassed. So far the posts have been pretty spot-on, so i'm looking forward to seeing what kind of stuff this thread can produce. Great job as usual!
I'm still trying to figure out what the hell is going on in your signature lol :P.

It's from a show called Breaking Bad. The guy in the gif just did Heroin and he's tripping balls lol. Great show.

ok that's like the fifth person in about 2 weeks who has told me to watch that show. Might have to watch that after I finish Full Metal Alchemist, lol.

Yeah definitely watch it. It's surprisingly good.
Really, I've just been a bit lazy when it comes to Smogon as of late. I have other stuff going on and I don't always feel like getting involved in discussions, especially if I don't have much experience on the subject in question. I'll try to get a little bit more involved, though. My apologies for being silent for so long.
The Kyu-B thread you posted is very good Gary, keep it up. I'll definitely be posting when i have the time. One minor mistake you did is state that Kyu-B has 5 resistances in the intro, while he only has 3 (Water, Grass, Electric).
LOL i went through LO Latias (sometimes its hard to tank and recover cause of offensive pressure and LO *sad face*) , LO Latios (frail like egg shells) , Thundurus-T Ebelted (I'm really like Thundy-T) and now im gonna try out nidoking since landorus is gone :D
    LOL no no no no
I was talking about MY TEAM that feautred LO Latias hahahaa
im sorry. i really did try. i really did. but latias is just not STRONG enough X(
I have prep all summer dog LOL
But yeah I'm not asking one right now LOL
You just finished one with Halcyon so obviously I'll give you a break hahaha~
but yeah. I'd like to collab with you eventually :)
yo that's some good sh!t lol
    now i wanna build a team ._.
    sigh ... stupid SATs
Hey! Just posted to say I always thought Jirachi was better over Ferrothorn since Thunder / Psychic make those sand stall teams with Amo / Jelli (Imagine facing this common sand stall: Hippo / Skarm / Amo / Jellicent / Latias / filler) much more manageable while Ferrothorn can't reliably check Jellicent either since #Scaldburns. Cool team you got there ;]
Wow, that looks like a solid team, Gary! I love how you took a rain team and turned it into something actually unique, and not just the same rain team we've seen all too often. I also really like the offensive synergy your sweepers share. It looks like a very scary team to go up against, to be honest. Well, good luck with the team! Hope you get some good rates!
I figured out how to change the title. Go to thread tools in the OP in the top-right corner and open it, then click "Edit", and it lets you change the title.
