Yeah you still need to be approved from a smog staff, I just really liked the idea and they tend to have trouble deciding on entertainment articles to allow so i'll occasionally provide my input
We are paired for R2 of the RU open. I think the both of us are on #pokemon often enough that there shouldn't be much difficulty but I'm fine with scheduling a specific time if you are ready. (I'm not too eager to do our battles too early as I still need to prepare my teams a bit)
