that skarmory spread looks kinda wonky but I'll take it. It can take on chomp if its already in/whirlwind garchomp away. The Bronzong I was talking about is heatproof actually :P and no Garchomp is ever going to test Zong in this manner.

aside from that, rain calcs look solid. I'd still have to say that garchomp isn't fast enough on SD sets. Yache/Lum are the best option

No problem man, i keep arguing because i have been supporting chomp for S rank for a long time. I am ok with you or anyone else disagreeing as long as said counter argument is not based on versatility alone.
