It was clearly meant to be a OU set, therefore he should go to the OU c&c and not the NU c&c if he thinks it's good enough.

Yes, but why encourage him in the first place? You know c&c giys are overloaded with this crap, and you're making it worse.

I would rather not discourage someone from posting a set because of my own personal opinion on it.

It's not about your personal opinion lol. We all know shuckle isn't OU viable, seeing that stuff crop up is annoying for the c&c mods (not to mention it could get the people who posted the set in trouble)
