    I remember it was some interview for some Japanese magazine. The man's done plenty of those so google's not helping me find it. I swear I read the interview on some news 3DS news site but it could just be some fever dream I had about doing something as mundane as reading an internet article...

    Since I can't post on the Kangaskhanite policy review thread, I'd like to point out one minor mistake with your post: Kang CAN have Gen 3 exclusive moves with Scrappy because of Ability Capsule.

    Hey Katakiri, where did the base stats in the XY Data Collection thread come from?

    They came from various users and myself taking the stats from all the leaks, giving them around 15 IVs, then calculating a rough base stat spread from them.

    Their accuracy is very hit and miss since some calcs were low level or missing natures even, but some are reasonably accurate; particularly mega evolution stats since we could check the IVs of the Pokemon before Mega Evo to get an accurate base stat spread of the Mega.

    The thread's very out-dated now since everything we were keeping track of has a thread in uncharted territory.

    okay cool. It's just that a few of us (you can read who in IS in the ff6 forum now that you have access) have been figuring out the stats using a program that toast wrote up and while some of the stats are similar, there are definitely some out of range and people are using the ones from that thread in their own threads. peh it's going to take forever to sort these out ~.~
