I guess RNG'ing for the starters and togepi egg would have to be done without elm/roamers, but man, once you get the chance to use it, RNGReporter 8.10 makes it a dream. I hit a shiny Articuno spread on frame 5395 just for the hell of it, and it took no less than 40 minutes, which could have been shortened if I hadn't done so many 10 call elm checks just to track my progress. I killed it and restarted because I found a Timid flawless one in the mean time ;). How do you advance the frame of the starter? Are there NPC's in Newbark or inside the Elm's Lab?

It's been a few weeks since I last contacted you. I've just become a RNG Tutor and I'm really grinding through HGSS RNG Abuse, so programming has taken the back-burner for now. The need for FRLG abuse right now seems to be restricted to Selfdestruct Mewtwo and since you have already posted amazing spreads for that, it's all up to the abuser to use the metronome method or get lucky enough to hit that seed. If you want to familiarize yourself with the RNG class and it's pokemon subclass and its methods, please do, and maybe you can start with the applet. As for now though, I'm not gonna be able to do much work on it. I'll let you know if I make any changes, and please keep me posted on your progress.
