Hey, I was just wondering. On the suicune. The IVs dont matter as long as their flawless and have HP Ground 70 right?

I will EV Train for free. ;) And that's great!! Too bad for me, I only breed with Flawless Ditto, so I have to breed and breed.... But my best breed is a Riolu with 4 Flawless IVs in each stats.
