Um... that Mankey's IVs are definitely not 28/30/31/31/28/31 as you said. They are 27/18/24/19/13/16.
Does the Nidoran have the IVs you advertised? If so, I'd like to have that instead. If not, I'd like one of my Pokemon back, please.
