    I DID IT!!!! I hit my delay. Damn now I don't have to screw up with the frame and everything's fine.XD
    Ok, I'll release them again and give it another go. Will the egg remain as the same shiny egg during all this? (Probably a stupid question but I have to make sure.)

    I'm still having a lot of trouble with the egg IVs. I found that I could save the game in front of the daycare man at a new time, then do all the steps to change the date to get the right seed for a perfect spread and I'd get at most two adjacents before I'd start getting "no Elm responses" over and over.

    After two days of this, I decided to calibrate again just to see what was what when entering the game. I have discovered I get a consistent frame 3 when picking up the egg from the daycare man. I have a delay of 493 to 495 and my seconds are 15.

    Someone told me frames don't matter on HGSS, but I'm seriously doubting this is true at this point.

    Today, no matter what I do, I'm not getting Elm Responses. It's very discouraging. The first and only successful egg IVs I did on HG was a success after only two attempts to reset the clock. But this time, I feel like my game is cursed.

    yep that was far away long time, are you still interested, the deal was linkino's shiney latias and the game's shiney scyther for your ninetales and your empoleon...

    I have a frame of 9 to reach. Since two calls are missed, do I still count the two missed calls as advancements (advancement 2 and 3)?
    I just checked my game map for possible game glitches and there are no roamers showing. I made a point of killing them all off only a few days ago. No way would I go beat the Elite Four again. It took two hours to hunt the buggers down and off them.
    Yes, I did not beat the E4 again. And the results on RNG Reporter list no roamers right after them.
    I'm getting more adjacents with Pikatimer. :-)

    Thank you! This will help a lot. Still finding that the first two Elm results listed on RNG Reporter are not actually there when I do the phone calls. The actual results always start at the third call on RNG Reporter.
    I do save in front of the daycare lady for getting the shiny egg part. Right now I'm saved in front of the DayCare man because I do have a shiny egg waiting in his hands and I'm doing Egg IVs.

    I use the computer clock as my timer and watch it very carefully while I RNG. I never RNG without a clock. I try to keep my speed the same, to even hit the same adjacent twice, but like I said in my PM, I'm getting many no results lately and weird results missing the first two calls.

    I'll take a look at Pikatimer. Thanks for the advice.
    Yeah actually I often don't even find my result with the adjacent finder. Therefore my request for higher numbers at the adjacent finder.lol And if I find it then the difference between the delays is so big... like 2817 but next 3250 or something like that. And I can't tell how I have to adjust with such big discrepancies. I'm not off constantly that is my big problem.

    I guess you would check on the Egg PID thing, as they have the natures set, and use the IRNG.
    Yeah, I saw it. Really, the IV thing seems to be pretty straight forward, but as for the rest... Damn.
