    My gut tells me there's a bit too much Lightning and far too few deck searchers. No reason at all for 4 Poke-Comms when you could be using Lux Ball to do the same thing but with no penalty. You could probably thin the Pokemon out to add more support, less basics more evos, maybe a Roseanne. You also don't draw cards very quickly and EA isn't a good drawing machine since you waste energy you'd rather be putting back in your deck (claydol, bebe's, etc). Still a solid concept I'll play around with a lot, I run surprisingly few energy in my serene accel deck since I usually need to pull only 3, so my estimates could be off.
