I was dc'ed but thanks for those two pokemon. Just need to get a Cacnea and I can begin getting a Roselia with Spikes, then from there with the Snorunt I can begin getting a Spiking Froslass.

Alright, it should be wiped. EV checker's being dumb telling me there are speed EVs left on both of them, but when I use the berries, it says the speed can't be lowered
You can have full redis rights to it, it was my first successful IV RNG and I'm proud of that, also I don't see why not give full redis rights to pokemon, so unless it is some kind of extreme trophy case pokemon of mine expect full redis rights. -
