I suppose...but keep in mind I really am not very good (not even talking about my loss), so all this advice I'm giving you may be seen as inadequate. But anyway, the Empoleon does have a nice 4x resistance to garchomp's ice weakness, but it also shares two weaknesses with magnezone.

I'm not sure what you mean. In terms of breeding, I have an adamant pokemon with synchronize, so when I catch a pokemon in the wild, I can make it have an adamant nature. But I'm a bit confused by your question.

Like if you were to breed a pokemon which nature is harder for you to get?

Well, it depends on if the pokemon I am breeding is catchable in the game. If it's not, then I have no control over it.

Also you should enable Game Chat on ORAS it probably would make chatting easier

Well, it depends on what battle style you like to play. Personally, I like to play balanced, which is a mix of offensive and defensive play. But there's other play styles, like hyper offensive, or bulky offense, or stall. Your team right now looks like bulky offense, with no dedicated wall, but more of all team members being offensively inclined while having some bulk behind them. So, keeping that in mind, you might want a more physical, bulky pokemon.
