But unless it is reasonably possible give it the right IVs (as in your friend wouldn't have to keep reseting and hope for the right IVs), then I'm going to have to decline, seeing as how I'd use the Salamence in question for competitive purposes (Battle Maison and against other players), so it'd probably need the 31 IVs, or be outclassed by it's opponents.
I'd already resigned myself to not having a Refresh Salamence, so whatever happens, I still really appreciate the gesture.
