    No, your team has to be legal for the current UU ladder, not any suspect ladders that might pop up.

    Anything UU legal qualifies. That said, I'll make an exception that if someone submits a team before the tier shift with a mon we are losing (such as Hippo), they can keep using that team for the duration of this round (though obviously not alongside any new drops - can't have your cake and eat it too).

    I've been considering that, but my inclination is to say no. If another Iron Chef agrees to battle you, you can feel free and use their replay with your team to try to influence judges, but I don't really want to turn this into everyone battling all four Iron Chefs until they win for the bonus points.

    That said, you can still win in judging even if you lose to an Iron Chef.
