In Pokemon Smogon version, why is there like 8 tabs in bulbasaurs description before bold?

248 HP / 228 Def / 28 SpD / 4 Spe is what I have used once on Weezing. Its SpD is pretty bad but it gets some useful resistances which helps him pivotting against pokemon like Mega Diancie. 248 / 28 survives a +2 Leaf Storm from LO Serperior after rocks so you can Clear Smog away the boosts and do 30% damage. Helped me once actually.

i also deleted the dragonite submission because there was a merge conflict, all that i saw there was the edit to one sentence about Iron Tail targets, so there might have been something else happening there, you'll have to resubmit
