when the time hits 0 seconds soft reset with L+R+start+select
maybe your computer clock? i used that one when i calibrated for my delay
at the time lol
i mean if the time is like hh:mm:00
well you need to synchronize your ds clock with a clock with clear seconds reading
restart the game on a :00 seconds and get into the game world as soon as you can
then catch a pokemon lvl 50 or higher
after that use the seed finder option in the rng reporter and input all the details of the pokemon you caught
this will tell you your delay
do this 10 times to get a general idea of your delay
