No idea. I did some research on Emerald and FRLG a while ago, but never continued. I know it's impossible in FRLG, but it might be possible in Emerald. There's also BW(2) though, which is probably easier.

Just so you know, the spread you're looking for is 31/01/31/31/31/00. =P I'm gonna prepare my thread for the newest update (with the Ditto's, it's easy lol) so it shouldn't take long.
