It's hard to make a decent conclusion, but seriously, just read her lines and tell me that's normal. In the original R/S, she used 'Ahahahaha!' literally every time she opened her mouth. In ORAS, she was given a non-paper cut-out personality. Seriously, who slurps after being defeated, just says, 'deleting', 'target lock', like some kind of idiosyncratic machine.
