    I finnaly got it to work (thank god). I'll try my best to get wi-fi access. I'll transfer that shiny HG Kyogre so that you or I can catch the Brave Rayquaza.

    The .sav isn't working on my 2 old ds flashcards o__O. If she needs the Pokemon earlier you may have to find someone else to help her to get it :(. Btw I can abuse a few Pokes for you on that .sav if you want.

    i hit my seed i do 456 frame advancements so the latias is going to be generated on frame 459
    but i forgot to save one step before lance and after i got the step i found out that i got the step advancement (The one you get for every 128 steps ) YAY for my luck
