On FR/LG and R/S your starting frame changes everytime you softreset.
So in example, when I'm at frame 3227823 now, I could be at frame 101 after one single softreset.
Yes, and at least, it's one of the hardest.
First I need luck to get myself a good shiny frame, then I need more luck to get close to that frame =/
I don't know yet as I haven't caught it yet.
I still have some FR files that I need to check for (Better) shiny frames first xD
They make less than 1% difference lol xD -
