I have been testing Outrage/Earthquake/Extreme Speed/Dragon Dance Dragonite, and I have to say it is AMAZING and it is just as good as DD Mence in my HO team.

Extreme Speed beats things Mence cannot if Mence fails to get a DD. You can also run Adamant, because you are not afraid of speed ties because of Extreme Speed. Extreme Speed lets you beat Jolteon, Scarfers, etc. Inner Focus wins against Rachi, Dragonite lives weaker Ice Beams and tanks DDs behind screens.

You can 2HKO Specially Defensive Skarm, and Standard Wall Bronzong with a +1 LO Adamant Outrage. You can also do the same to Scizor and Forretress, with Earthquake... so I slashed Fire Punch for Earthquake to deal with Empoleon, bulkier steels, Tyranitar, and Heatran.

So yeah. If Mence gets banned, my HO is still alive! =D
