i'm fine with standardising balance teams over balanced teams (in which case it also has to become offense teams over offensive teams -puke-) but only if i can actually get to see some coherent reasoning as to why it cannot be an adjective there. I'm also fine with adopting a policy of idgaf, but that also means you'll have to leave "hyper offensive teams" etc alone :]
