I usually copy them manually through the import function.
A couple other notes:
- it's not the first team that had this problem (I only have ORAS OU teams)
- it's always HP Dragon, no matter the original type
- reassigning the HP move in the teambuilder usually fixes the problem

Well i had a prob which looks similar to it.Once i was battling with my ditto and it transformed into my oppenent's thundurus (it had hp ice) but i was given hp dark instead.

That's completely different, and that's how Ditto actually works.
