You don't need any particular nature ditto for HGSS or an everstone. Actually, everstones are very bad for RNG on HGSS.

I have a guide on my thread for RNG in HGSS. I didn't really get EE's ditto for the nature. You can RNG natures in HGSS too. It was just useful to have one 0 IV, but you can still get a 0 IV without that ditto.
