for the teambuilding factory, do you want the people making requests to be more elaborate or is a one liner saying "please build me a team around x pkmn" sufficient?
I can mod the thread a bit more heavily so that it doesn't end up like the last one (this includes deleting whinny posts), but you should make the guidelines for making requests less ambiguous
