Grievous wins in that case. Bane puts up a good fight, and maybe tries to organize the fight in his territory, but grievous likely has night vision so he can fight in the dark even though he wasn't born in it. Also grievous is MUCH more agile and faster than bane. Bane would probably try to trap grievous in a bad situation but he would be overpowered too quickly before he realized it would be time to go mobile.

I don't think he has night vision but yeah I think he has the advantage. He is much more agile, and he basically has 6 limbs he can use to fight. His claws can definitely cut Bane's mask and then he just loses.
Speaking of which though, Grievous was a great character but now he sucks ass. Like in Clone Wars animated power fantasy, he was a badass taking on 5 Jedi at once but then that was removed from the canon and in *The* Clone Wars he literally loses to Jar Jar
