Welp, I'm definitely curious to see if this will ever be the case, but I highly doubt it though, at least not anytime soon though. I currently got 236 likes and 265 messages, so it's safe for me to assume that I must've been doing at least something right in the 3 months that I've been here so far. But in all honesty, compared to other users like Legofigure11&Co I'm just a small fish, but then again I'm mainly helping for the fun of it, the badge is indeed a goal, but it's just a nice bonus I might or might not be able to pick up in the process.

I was completely absorbed by a new Anime I'm currently watching, it's called "Parasyte - the maxim", I had Smogon in the background, that's why I saw your message so late between two episodes.

Congratulations for that new adorable little fellow you got there. Shiny Chikorita's colors remind me of Autumn leaves, which leads me to believe that "Autumn" might be a great nickname for one of these. In hindsight, the same can be said about shiny Trevenant as well.

"Autumn" is a great nickname for Chikorita / Meganium. I need to redo this one though - I'd prefer better egg moves and the hidden ability.

Sounds like plan. I might want to trade you for one of these new Chikoritas at some point, it'd only be fitting considering I already have a Bulbasaur/Venusaur from you that wears the fitting name of "Spring". The Japanese name for "Autumn" would be awesome in that context, but a regular one would be just as fine.

Lol, I was actually planning to do different grass starters with the names of the seasons. I know I want Sceptile to be winter, but can't decide if Torterra / Serperior / Chesnaught should be summer.

Can you read my mind by any chance? I was thinking about how Sceptile would be the optimal choice for the Winter nickname.

Why Sneasel?

If you refer to me having picked Sneasel as my favorite Pokémon in the information section of my profile, then it's because I enjoyed battling with it when Gold and Silver first came out back then. It's basically just fond childhood memories, I have more than one "favorite" Pokémon, but Sneasel was the first one that came to my mind when filling in the information.
