I mean I could answer all of them I was just confused
There are really too many Digimon to say which had the best design tbh though. But like even with Pokemon I wouldn't really be able to say. As for power there are a bunch of different continuities so you kinda have to tier them separately depending on which anime series, manga series, and game series.
As for my favorite Digimon, I don't really have one right now either but when I was a kid it was Black War Greymon, probably because he is a Mewtwo-like character (artificially created to be super-powerful by the main villain, searches for purpose in life etc.)
As for Digimon that enriched the world, I would have to hands-down say Alphamon. For the fact that he's like a mythology within a mythology. When the fantasy world is the normal one, it's interesting to see how out there THEIR mythology is

oh my gosh i forgot Greymon even existed. damn, i had a figurine and plushy of him i think. i like to reminisce about pokemon and all but realistically speaking i think the original digimon anime (westernised broadcast of course) was probably my fave childhood show
and checking over the movie (which was the most memorable part for me) reminds me of how cool Magnamon was to me way back when, along with all the weird evil ones that look so placid for some reason. almost makes me wish i followed the series into high school, but then i remember the self-digivolving series and cringe a bit
