    try Warrior Tabi / Jotuun's / Void Shield / Discord / Titan's / Brawler's. It may seem foolish to combine protection reduction and % penetration, or to use a full penetration build on nemesis who has relatively low ability damage. BUT, actually with that build her ult just hits so damn hard, doing like 800-1000 depending on who you hit. Then the follow up slice-and-dice does about 400. Followed by a couple basics you can burst someone to death faster than any crit/qin's build, for cheaper.

    Also, near max CDR is key, because almost all of Nemesis' value is her Ult.

    I could build that and still do horrible with Nemesis XDI have always been more Mage and Guardian person tbh like Nu Wa, Nox and Athena
