I mean two responses: one, Heatran tanks Clefable unless you get Thunder Waved, and two: Mew can Soft-Boiled stall Diancie forever and it's soft-checked by Sceptile and Azumarill.
that being said Mega Sceptile by definition doesn't offer anything defensively except for Rotom-W (has to get a free Mega to do it too) and increases a Clefable-liability so I'm not sure what you were expecting

the main problem is that heatran is likely to get twaved switching into clefable and also mega gardevoir is a big issue
