I think switching Bulbasaur and Squirtle would make it look nicer since Squirtle is facing left while Bulbasaur is looking to the right at Kanto :)

Everything was okay except the sizing and text >.< I apologize for being picky, but I'd like all my banners to be 500x100 in size. Also I don't like regular typing text, preferably something more unique like the examples you showed me.
