    I don't mind being around liberal Smogoners - heck, the site consists of millenials and college students (who are also millenials). I have thoroughly enjoyed the election thread and have liked posts by liberal and somewhat conservative posters alike. I appreciate intelligence, and would rather read Smogoners' opinions than moronic celebrities on Twitter any day.

    oh yeah, I think it's definitely better to talk to people you know instead of strangers. I honestly find the majority of prolific posters on Smogon pretty intelligent, although I guess the nature of a competitive site does attract critical minds.

    I also meant more about them giving you trouble though, not the other way around. Haha. It's all good though.

    Don't worry dude, I fully appreciated that comment. I don't worry about getting in flame wars with people. Any hostile behavior on smogon or ps consists of people flooding the chat with lennies, and me banning them into eternity :-p

    notice the strong identification of the song via its lyric content. by making references to Reese Witherspoon and Jack Black it firmly roots itself as something existing only in the 2000's.

    bad luck about Brad Pitt because he is still somewhat relevant and Bill Gates is kind of an "evergreen" celebrity but it got it halfway right, and 10 years later I'd say that was a fair prediction.

    yeah. that's a long time to wait but who know. wonder how things will change from then, it's honestly weird to me to think of a time when Obama wasn't president. I have some memories of Bush but I was too young for it to really matter to me. Obama's been president since I was 12 and I kinda just took it for granted. Gonna be interesting to see how things change. kinda scary though.
