It is normal to have anger recorded on the primitive, fight or flight portion of the brain, the amygdylia, for instance: anger toward a parent. But at the same time the rational part of the brain is telling you that that is forbidden, “they did the best they could!” It is normal to have anger towards a parent and as you veer from having the anger and then to “NO! It is not right to have the anger!” it can be like an emotional roller coaster.
