actually that makes sense since everyone is in a different solar system. they do have galactic standard time or something though based on coruscant don't they

"galactic standard year" is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard, would an alien come down to your planet and suddenly tell you that you better start making your years actually be .685039 of a year? It's dumb that all sci-fi universes have this, just let the universe roam free, also it's hard to explain what a "year" is
