    if i order Solar Beam A2, is that Payback at 5 BAP or 10?

    10 bap as solarbeam is considered an action (at least it is for encore, there is an old ruling on the matter. I am guessing that payback follows the same line of thought).

    good question.

    Ice works largely around matchups and hazards and for both ordering first is better.

    But this is doubles. Ordering last is always better.

    In the end you are most likely to do better ordering last. But given your team is a little piece of everything a wrong initial send out may cause you to be up a creek without a paddle.

    Try ordering last. see how you roll and adapt.

    There is no exact science here. This will depend on how you play and it will only come with time. Only you find your precise mojo (heavy offense, stall., spikes and switched etc) the decision will be easier. while you don't have that just roll with the usual last to order.

    Itemless syclant has a pretty high damage output and some tricks up its sleeve

    Seems pointless to boost SpA imo. I'd go with brave myself. 4SpA tops after itens is very iffy.
