I saw your post on Deoxys D and agree with you completely. The main reason why it is uber is because it would be about as broken as garchomp or a manaphy because of it's defensive stats and the fact that not much would be able to do much to kill it. Registeel has similiar stats but has a very shallow move pool to take advantage of those stats. But other than that, great arguement on Deoxys D and if they end up testing Deoxys D, Congratulations on your very persuasive article. I just hope that people like you can help with the decisions with the tier lists.
