    Skarmory and Swampert are good Stealth Rock users and phazers! A wish pass phazer other than Vaporeon. That's a hard one. The closest I can think of is right now is Salamence!

    Either add a resistance that preforms the removed pokemon's role or get rid of one weakness and find something else to perform the role!
    i won't give you trade rights on pachirisu. but you can always use it as a parent for your own pachi. it has really weak attacking stats anyways so you don't need a flawless iv spread. you could get a 31/x/31/x/31/31 w/o rng if you work at it and use a flawless ditto. sorry, but i don't feel right if i were to give you trade rights w/o permission.

    Lol would love to have a copy of that Milotic but my wifi access sucks, I think its the huge firewall at out halls or resisdence. Regarding Milotic Teammates I would prob suggest a Tinkerbell Celebi or a Wish support Jirachi as both give Milotic much needed paralysis support since Milotic is then able to switch into attacks and outspeed and recover off damage. Otherwise, due to Milotics slow speed, 2KOs wil cripple it. paralysis support allows Milotic to also pull off those 2KO's I meantioned much easier.

    i would stick with the second one, not only it can cause heavy damage but can also take a beating, what milotic is suppose to do.
