old oras mega hera spread comes in on phys, speed for rotom. av growth checks strong spattackers that force out hera. zapdos/hera take on the physical attackers that threaten tangrowth. subcoil zygarde patches up weaknesses (zard-y). sash zam w/ hp rock for volcarona, twave is still broken. koko for speed control, z for nuke. have fun :]
