You could even still have Rey, she'd just be one of the force-sensitive heroes rather than the only one. I really like ensemble casts, just personally. Maybe I like it because this is really similar to Digimon LOL. The screentime would be hard to do but Rogue One almost pulled it off and it was only one movie.
