Not yet, I needed proper evidence .... though his Suicune did look hacked since it could survive Grass Knot from a +2 SpA Ape (it does a minimal of about 104% Damage).
I can't figure out the exact evs of my suicune after trying for like 5 minutes but its stats are
hp 342/167/266/279/266/294 with timid nature
i believe that is mostly speed and sp.atk if not all. don't remember which stat i put the last 4 into.
I'll check right after my current battle
