Hey Joey, Spotlight for Young Gengar, based around Will-O-Wisp Specs Gengar to catch things like Gliscor coming in deny Toxic Heals, With a Volt-Turn core, to pivot back and forth into gengar, pretty much hyper offense ft alomomola. Goal is to catch switch ins and punish with gengar wanna get a good spotlight with that boy

It does 85-101% to it based on calc, and you definitely outspeed it, so it cannot switch in, even if already mega'd
