    since i already knew all the lines by heart. i was just getting to the good part of the eggplant slices in the sauce when suddenly i heard footsteps behind me. i turned around, and there was my mother, sprinkled with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. she repeated with the remaining ingredients, and ended with the cheese. sprinkle basil on top. bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. serves 5.

    hey, i'm gmt-5. time difference means weekend is probably the best time for us to play, or i usually have some free time tuesday/thursday mornings if you want to do that. this coming weekend i'm busy in the mornings so the second weekend (oct 26-28) is probably easier for me
