    Saw I want a Pika (hypothetically speaking) with 17 Spe.
    Basically, I get a poke with probably 18-19 Spe (Shadow pokes get a boost) and if Pika outspeeds, catch it!
    If not, reset

    Before even catching the poke, you gotta make sure it passes a Speed Test. If it doesn't, reset.
    You don't have to purify it, you just need to get its heart gauge to 3 so you can see its nature.

    I wasted lukes live to early...I should have went back to uxie to stall out zapdos a bit more instead of hitting it right then with Hp ice but it did a heck load of damage I will definatley give luke another chance in future battles it can go well as a late game sweeper since it has agility. damn that flygon gave me problems though

    gg. thanks and yea HP fire 70. I just didnt want to give it away early i was suprised how much Hp ice did with my mix luke on zapdos
