As far as I see it there are two options to go about the "solo thread rule".
1. You can post your other art in the rator thread. A little variety beyond the core theme won't hurt, and your smogon artwork will get lots of views too!
2. Turn the raptor thread into a "community thread" where everyone can draw raptors? This would require approval from art leaders, but imo it should be possible.
