thats good that the spreads are correct :), and thats definatley good to know on ev training attack that should speed that up quicker. it took me 50 mins to run into 16 machops.....if you need anything else evd I would be glad to help
yea I use those :p. I kill machops for atk which I have issues running into but its all good I enjoy training gives me something to do.
nah its fine its summer anyway so I got all the time in the world. thanks for the Deoxys btw, tell me if I got those spreads correct I didnt check them with my ar code cause I was busy

I didnt even keep a copy of those. I have those already I just picked those 2 because they had easy spreads that wouldnt take me long to do. both took me an hour 30 mins.
