If we can decide to play on either Monday or Tuesday at my 11am GMT-7 I have no problem with an extension

Maybe on saturday evening like 10 pm my time should be possible, i'll tell you.

Unfortunately that will not work. I eat lunch around 1pm GMT-7 and I have an LC Swiss set scheduled for 2pm GMT-7 on Saturday that we booked earlier this week. If you need 10pm GMT+2, playing on a different day would be the only way.
