Not in a huge way. It looks...like a normal dc movie. That's not bad, but it's not "exciting"

Yeah I feel exactly the same way. It just is so whatever. And Zoe Kravitz is the most "whatever" actress ever, I feel like there is pretty much always a better choice than her

Two black actors cast to trad nonblack roles, etc, they are incredible actors tbh but these roles usually never pull heat for these kinds of things. Like perry white as lawrence fishbourne too?

Like it isn't "groundbreaking" for representstion but at the same time it feels like these two are just names these days. You know what I mean? Like it doesn't seem to me like this will get articles written about it by anybody for diversity casting either way, but at the same time seems like that was also the purpose. I feel like we've been here before with this movie. Maybe it feels too much like bvs to me

The fight scenes look EXACTLY like bvs. Not necessarily a bad thing. And the glam shot of this trailer is supposed to be him constantly beating that one thug. Like "wow, this batman is so violent this time!!" But it isn't anything new. Batman does this in EVERY movie

I think it's just normal now. not a huge deal. But I wouldn't call Zoe Kravitz an incredible actor

I think the violence thing is that he is staying on the dude for a good while. old Batmens just knocked people out

Yeah my b, Wright is an amazing actor though. But yeah I don't feel like they are "the best cast" for this, more like "look it's jeffrey wright", kind of like "look we got ben mendlsohn"!

Ben Mendelsohn is in a lot of stuff these days
