Absol is drastically below the performance of every single other A ranked Pokemon, largely due to how late it comes in exchange for its success against lategame. The legends sweep more easily despite coming later while the Pokemon that come earlier have an even stronger performance against the 3 (not 4) gyms Absol is around for.

On the whole Absol performs at a very similar level to other B rank Pokemon that come around the same time such as Heracross, Pinsir, and Staryu.
